Well I am a bit lazy today see what happens w/ 1 day off on my training. I can barely get out of my way. So, just chillaxin. My toe is better a bit sore but nothing major. Thinking it is good to take the night off again to get that thing to completely heal.
Yup I agree, hard running with a sore toe, ouch. Don't worry you won't lose your momentum by taking a day off!!
