Day 12

What a great run I had this morning. Boy was I hurting from my correct squats & lunges but I pushed threw it. I wanted to stop cause it hurt but I looked down at my band & knew I couldn't. I am running for a cause & the ones suffering can not stop because they are tired. So I pushed threw the pain & had a great run. I am excited tomorrow is our Injury Prevention class. I have a feeling I will get a TON out of that one! :)

  1. Now that's an awesome way to approach your running and how tired or hurting you are. The band you wear says it all huh? WOW that really got to me!!!
